Wrestling program welcomes you to the Xenia Invitational Tournament on Saturday
December 17, 2016. We look forward to your school’s participation in this
event. The participants in this year’s tournament are:

Fee: $225- Checks made
payable to Xenia Community Schools
Team Admission: Teams
will be asked to arrive and enter at the back entrance of the gym (near the
Doug Adams weight room, first entrance to the school right after Kinsey Apartments)
and park (bus) in the North parking lot (Parking lot that runs adjacent to
Kinsey Rd.).
Each
school will be able to enter the following individuals FREE OF CHARGE

All Participating Wrestlers

4-Coaches
·
2-Statisticians
·
Bus Driver
Everyone
else will be expected to pay general admission price at the front gate.
Hospitality Room: Hospitality room will be located in the Home Economics room
B122. The hospitality room can be accessed through the school doors by then
team entrance into the building. Teams will be given wrist bands based on the
number of coaches listed on the pass list (Max 4). Coaches must wear the wrist
band in order to be admitted into the Hospitality room.
Cooler/Crock-pots: Due to limited space in the gym and up in the mezzanine level
area crock-pots and large team coolers are absolutely prohibited. These items
will not be allowed into XHS. Persons arriving with crock-pots will be turned
away. We will have a concession area located in the gym area.
Training Staff: The Xenia Athletic Department in
agreement with Premiere Health will

Athletic Trainers
Format: We are using a pool
style format. Depending upon the amount of participants will determine how the
pool is ran in each weight class. We will pair pool winners for the finals and
placing. There may be a few openings for JV’s to complete a weight class. Make
sure you prioritize your lists.
Seeding: We
will seed the top 4 in each weight class using last season’s State, District, and
Sectional, plus record as the suggested criteria.

the Online Entry Form
posted at www.baumspage.com to submit rosters and seeds before 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 15th.
1. All accounts from 2013-14 were retained, but
the associations with schools an dsports were cleared. If you had an account
last year, use that e-mail address and password to login.
2. If you did not have an account, click on Online Entries and Apply here!
3. For step-by-step instructions click the Help link on the Login Page and print the Online Entry Instructions for Wrestling.

the database.
b. Use • Coaches • | Wrestling | Submit Rosters to enter wrestlers into their weight classes.

weights. Please prioritize your
JV wrestler list!

Only
JVs submitted online will be allowed to weigh-in and be allowed to fill open
weights after weigh-ins are finished.

Roster and Confirmation Form to print a copy for your records.
You may make changes to your line-up when you
check-in Saturday morning!
Awards: Champions will receive
plaques. Top 2 teams will receive trophies.
2nd – 4th place will receive
medals.
